As a result of this halt, so many people cannot access the internet as they would before now and i can you tell that this telecom giant already knows how much they are loosing from this restriction. And as a result, they have provided cheap data plans for us to use. They are now competing with each other on availability of data plans to subscribers and at a cheaper rate.
